Spanish Post-Hardcore/Metal Band started off in a more Post-Rock vein way back when. Although their musicianship has continued to blossom on further releases; so has their screaming vocals in songs. I consider them more closer to Post Hardcore rather than Post Rock in their current releases. This release has the least amount of screaming and the most Post-Rock feel for me.

There's some really good music on the Spinda label, and this was the first album that hooked me. Well worth a listen, and I'm looking forward to hear what Ugatz do next. Apparently the band name means "quebrantahuesos", a type of vulture, but quite literally in Spanish: Bonebreaker. That kind of explains ... something!
